Private Pay Services
We understand that waiting for approval of services may not be an option for some of our learners. TMC provides three different behavior services that are tailored to meet our learner's specific needs without having to wait for insurance authorization.
Child mini assessment
Our child mini assessment is for children who are in need of behavior intervention but are unable to start services with a clinic right away. They may be waiting for authorization or might have been turned away from a different clinic due to aging out of services and/or high rate of maladaptive behaviors.
Parents or caregivers that are struggling with aggression, self-injurious behavior and property destruction are encouraged to request a free consultation.
The mini assessment lasts one to two hours and takes place in the child's home. This type of assessment will provide you with a behavior intervention plan that will focus on decreasing one challenging behavior at a time.

Adult mini assessment
Our adult mini assessment is for adults who are in need of behavior supports but are still on the waiting list for HCS services.
Parents or caregivers that are struggling with aggression, self-injurious behavior and property destruction are encouraged to request a free consultation.
The mini assessment lasts one to two hours and takes place in the learner's own home. This type of assessment will provide you with a behavior support plan that will focus on decreasing one challenging behavior at a time.
$125.00/hr
Behavior Crisis Management Training
Our behavior crisis management training is for residential facilities that are struggling with a client in a group home or day habilitation center.
Facilities with a client that is currently receiving behavior supports but has not shown a decrease in problem behavior in the past three months are encouraged to request a free consultation.
Staff will be trained on how to redirect and de-escalate client without the use of restraints during a behavior crisis.
The behavior crisis management training consists of a one to two hour client assessment, hard copy of behavior crisis management plan and a one hour staff training in each setting.
Available through Medicaid waiver contract for behavior support if private pay is not an option for client.
