let's get real
Quality services are a right not a privilege
At TMC, we believe every family deserves access to support as soon as possible. That’s why we created a one of a kind parent training program. Designed not to replace early intervention services, but to bridge the long gap many families face after diagnosis. We don’t ask parents to give up their place on other clinic waitlists. Instead, we provide immediate, practical coaching so families can build routines, strengthen communication, and manage challenging behaviors at home while holding their spot for full ABA therapy elsewhere. It’s about making sure no child loses those critical years of learning just because of a waitlist.

FAQs
Is parent coaching ABA therapy?
Parent coaching is part of ABA therapy. ABA services typically include 1:1 direct therapy with a registered behavior technician with direct supervision of implementation of treatment through a BCBA and parent coaching through a BCBA for early learners. Parent coaching is the most important part of ABA therapy. Parent coaching allows for implementation of treatment outside of 1:1 direct therapy which is the driving force behind making long term progress and significant life changes.
Will I be able to transition to full ABA services with TMC?
Yes. Children who are in our parent coaching program will get priority placement when a new slot opens up for 1:1 direct services. You will still receive parent coaching but at this point your insurance will cover the cost. Goals will be modified and updated as your child makes progress in clinic with their own registered behavior technician.
What if my child gets accepted at another clinic for ABA therapy?
You are more than welcome to stop parent coaching services with TMC or continue to receive parent coaching to help you fully transition to full services with the other ABA clinic. If you decide to cancel parent coaching, TMC will send you a report of parent goals for you to share with the new clinic.
How do I cancel parent coaching?
You can cancel at any point in time before your next billing cycle. For example, if you signed up for services on the 1st of the month you will automatically be charged the 1st of every month until you request to cancel. Once you cancel, you will stop receiving coaching services and you will no longer be charged on the 1st of the month.
What if my child requires a more hands on approach?
TMC is a teaching clinic full of student analysts that are ready to jump into parent coaching sessions in clinic to model how to implement interventions. Participation in parent coaching gives our student analyst the opportunity to learn how to run parent coaching from our Chief Clinical Director for when they pass the exam and run their own sessions.
